These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the t299 platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services available at t299.net. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a t299 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

t299 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending verification. Age checks may be requested at any time.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active t299 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and balances may be forfeited.
Deposits in Bangladeshi Taka
All transactions on t299 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. No foreign currency conversion fees are charged by t299 on local wallet deposits.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. t299 does not grant bonuses without transparent conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
Fair Play & Security
All games on t299 use certified random number generators (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting tools is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the t299 platform at t299.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "t299", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. All of these documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and t299 with respect to your use of the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are written in English and govern the relationship between t299 and all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version prevails.
Modifications to These Terms
t299 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a minimum notice period. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, t299 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you disagree with the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance subject to the withdrawal provisions set out in these terms.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the t299 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual player for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise subject to a gambling restriction order.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not depositing funds derived from illegal activity or on behalf of any third party.
18+ Only — Zero Tolerance Policy: t299 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We use age verification checks during the registration process and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any point. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any funds held in the account frozen pending investigation. t299 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of underage account closure.
Geographic Eligibility
The t299 Platform is intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your country or region of residence. t299 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally accessible in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and t299 shall bear no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
Prohibited Individuals
The following individuals are not permitted to open or maintain a t299 account under any circumstances:
- Employees, contractors, officers, or directors of t299 or any of its affiliated companies.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of any t299 employee or contractor.
- Any person who has previously had a t299 account terminated for breach of these terms.
- Any person subject to a self-exclusion agreement with t299 during the exclusion period.
03 Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
To access the full range of services on the t299 Platform, you must create a registered player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. t299 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the information provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
You agree that all information submitted during registration and during any subsequent verification process is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the t299 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to access more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited. t299 employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, t299 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any bonus-derived winnings.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t299 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. t299 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact t299 support at [email protected] immediately. t299 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your t299 account — one that you do not use on any other platform. Never share your password with anyone, including t299 support staff, who will never ask for your full password.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
t299 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, increasing deposit limits, or granting access to certain promotional offers. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address. KYC requests will be communicated via the registered email address, and players are required to respond within 14 calendar days. Failure to complete KYC within this period may result in account restrictions.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
t299 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Support for Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfers may also be available for eligible accounts. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). t299 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by t299, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your t299 account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider. t299 does not charge platform-side fees on mobile wallet deposits.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your t299 account are from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted. t299 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day will typically be processed and dispatched on the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Before processing a withdrawal, t299 may require the completion of KYC verification (see Section 3). Withdrawal amounts will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. t299 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a transaction error or a payment credited to your account in error, you must notify t299 support immediately. Any funds credited to your account in error do not belong to you and must not be used for betting or gaming. t299 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds at any time, including by deducting the relevant amount from your current balance.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
t299 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as seasonal events like Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by t299 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated time limit will expire automatically and be removed from the account.
Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions
- Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses claimed by a player found to be operating a duplicate account will be voided in full.
- t299 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, subject to honouring offers already accepted by eligible players.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player account.
- Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Excluded games will be listed in the specific promotion terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the t299 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. Cricket betting markets — including Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are subject to t299's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published on the Cricket section of the Platform. Football, kabaddi, and other sports are governed by the rules applicable to their respective sections.
Odds displayed on the Platform at the time a bet is confirmed represent the final agreed price for that wager. t299 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds. Where a bet has been placed on an obviously erroneous price (for example, due to a technical fault or data feed error), t299 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
Casino & Slot Game Rules
All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games available on the t299 Platform are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game supplier (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO). In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game mechanics and payouts.
Malfunction & Disconnection
In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or disconnection during a live bet or casino session, t299's system will attempt to record and restore the game state. Where a fair result cannot be determined due to a technical failure, t299 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake. t299 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
Limits
t299 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any betting market or casino game at its sole discretion. Players may also apply personal deposit limits, loss limits, and wagering limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings, in accordance with our responsible gaming policy available at Responsible Gaming.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t299 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other system designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct manual input from a human player.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known or suspected exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other players, sports participants, or t299 personnel to influence the outcome of any event.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. t299 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing t299 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate any part of the t299 Platform, its software, data feeds, or content.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
Fraud Prevention: t299 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. During any investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player
You may request to close your t299 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame. Accounts closed at player request are eligible for reopening subject to identity verification, except where a permanent self-exclusion has been applied.
Closure or Suspension by t299
t299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Suspicion that the account is being accessed by an excluded or restricted individual.
- Any situation where continuing to operate the account would expose t299 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed by t299 due to a material breach of these terms, t299 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance to cover any losses, costs, or damages arising from that breach. In all other cases of t299-initiated closure, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for personal reasons may apply for a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour time-out to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, t299 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent login and deposit activity. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. All disputes relating to account balances, bonus settlements, or bet outcomes should be submitted to t299 support in the first instance. t299 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated through any applicable dispute resolution process.
t299's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final, subject to any applicable legal requirements. No class-action or collective proceedings may be brought against t299 in connection with any aspect of these terms.
